• Eligibility: You may request a full refund on any order for any reason or concern whatsoever. This includes dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or any other issue—no explanations required.
• Time Frame: Refunds must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery. We use the tracking information from your shipment to confirm the delivery date.
• What We Refund: We will refund 100% of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
• Product Condition: To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging. Opened or used products are still eligible under our no-questions-asked policy, but for health and safety reasons, we will not resell them—your refund will still be processed in full.  Please be sure that the package is sent as soon as possible back to the return label requested.

2. Return the Product: We'll provide a return shipping label or instructions upon request. Ship the item(s) back to our designated return address (which will be provided in our response).
3. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Confirmation: You'll receive email updates throughout the process, including confirmation of receipt and refund issuance.

• This policy applies only to purchases made directly through nexusbiolife.com. Purchases from third-party retailers are subject to their own policies.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated returns without genuine use), though we handle each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
• International orders: Additional customs fees or duties are non-refundable, as they are outside our control.
