Liability Waiver

1. STRICTLY FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY — NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
All products sold by Nexus Bio Life are intended exclusively for laboratory, in-vitro, and scientific research purposes. Under no circumstances are these products to be used for human or animal consumption, diagnostic purposes, therapeutic use, or any other type of clinical trial. They are not intended to be used as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals.

2. AGE AND AUTHORIZATION
By purchasing from Nexus Bio Life, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution, equipped to handle and utilize these materials safely.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & SAFE HANDLING
The buyer acknowledges that there are inherent hazards associated with the handling, storage, and use of research chemicals and peptides. You confirm that your research team or institution has conducted the necessary risk assessments and is fully trained in the safe handling of these materials. Nexus Bio Life is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss of life caused by the mishandling, misapplication, or improper storage of our products.

4. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Products sold by Nexus Bio Life have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for medical or consumer use. The buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of these products comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

5. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexus Bio Life, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

• The improper use, handling, or storage of the products.
• Any violation of this Liability Waiver or our Terms & Conditions.
• Any breach of local, state, or federal law regarding the possession or use of these materials.

6. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Nexus Bio Life reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to deny service, cancel orders, or permanently ban any customer if we suspect our products are being used outside of a strict laboratory research environment, or if we receive any communication suggesting an intent for human consumption.
